Winter Activity

Winter is here, along with the cold weather, oh yeah and snow. Snow can be adults worst enemy, having to drive back in forth throught it to go to work. But to kids snow is the best thing in the world. Kids love to play in snow, building forts and snowball fights.

I found a really cool game to play outside.

WHAT YOU NEED: Food coloring, spray bottles, sticks with flags.

Take turns throwing at this target...set scoring for each section on the flags. First one to the winning score wins.

The Holiday Season is Approaching!!

The Student Council is sponsoring the annual Salvation Army Holiday Kettle Drive. On behalf of the Student Council I would like to extend an offer to help out our community's needy students and families. Bell ringers are need to make this event a success. Bell ringing locations are at Alix's and the IGA in Chateaugay. (Right next to eachother for those who did not know..lol) There are sign up sheets at the Main Office during lunch periods, if you have any other questions please ask any Student Council member. Volunteering for and hour or two can make a big difference in someone's holiday season this year.

Creative Idea

As you may know the girls varsity volleyball team is doing very well, and has a regional game this Saturday. There are a few signs up supporting them. I think it would be a great idea for students to create their own sign to support the girls. Lets fill the School with them!!

Well as you can see..im not very good at this. This is a site for the students intrests. If any one has a preference as to what they want to be informed about..that would be greatly appreciated. Im here to help, just need some ideas.

An easy way to help out ur school.

Did you know that all the fun events at school are put on by the Student Council. These include the Opening Day Games, The Color Wars, Spirit Day, the recent Halloween Costume Contest, and probably many more new events to come. As any organization would agree, funding is a major part of anything that they do. The Student council is collecting boxtops, that go directly to helping the school. The class that collects the most will recieve an ice cream party from the Student Council. They are collecting until December 5th. You may be asking "What do i gotta do?" well simply cut them out and bring them to your first period teacher. Thats it!

Dont wanna go home at 2:20?

10th period is always a good time for getting ur work done. Now dont get me wrong I have nothing against that. But when my works done I like to have a lil fun. Where do I do go? The gym! The gym is a great place to have fun, and also a great venue for indoor soccer. Even tho the Soccer season is winding down we can still keep it alive indoors. We are always looking for more players. I'm going to ask Mr. Legacy if it is possible to have a 10th period maybe once or twice a week designated for indoor soccer.

If Anyones intrested come and see me,or just show up at the gym 10th periods.
